Patrick Omalley Mahoney TR ETAL TELEPHONE #: <br />TYPE OF INSPECTION: E1( COMPLAINT Ia CONSULTATION 0 OTHER PROGRAM <br />ELEMENT: 4400 <br />RECORD <br />iq#: C00053343 <br />NATURE OF COMPLAINT/CONSULTATION: <br />Complaint alleges there's stock piles of wood approx. over 200 cubic yard on site. <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: A site visit was conducted on April 5, 2023 with Stephanie Ramirez (REHS). We <br />met with operator, Andrew (Andy) Trotter. He gave us permission to tour the facility. He guided the tour. <br />Piles of feedstock, finished compost and finished product were observed on site. Mr. Trotter stated approx. <br />50 tons of material are received at the facility on a daily basis and 50 tons of material is removed from the <br />facility on a daily basis, as well. However, he also stated due to the recent storms the facility has accumulated <br />a large amount of feedstock that they are attempting to grind and remove from the facility. He mentioned it <br />should take approximately 30 days to catch up.
