The complaint states that the property has an accumulation of <br />solid waste. This is a violation of the follow San Joaquin County Ordinance Code: <br />San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2401, Disposal on Premises: <br />In the event that refuse is disposed of on the premises of an industrial or commercial establishment pursuant to <br />Section 5-2300, or upon the premises of a farm or single-family residence pursuant to Section 5-2301, such <br />disposal shall be strictly pursuant to the rules and regulations prescribed by the Health District. <br />(Ord. 877; 2887) <br />San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2403, Frequency of Service: <br />All refuse produced or accumulated in or about any dwelling within the County shall be disposed of or <br />removed from the premises at least once each calendar week. All refuse created, produced, or accumulated at <br />an industrial, commercial, or institutional establishment anywhere in the County shall be disposed of or <br />removed from the premises at least twice in each calendar week. <br />(Ord. 877; 2887) <br />Effective immediately, remove all solid waste from this location to an approved sanitary landfill and provide copies <br />of waste disposal records within 30 days of receipt of this notice. All public health violations must be corrected <br />immediately. <br />If further complaints are received, an investigation will be made which may result in legal action being <br />taken at a rate of $156.00 an hour.
