Ashley, at the property. Ashley stated there are 4 dogs at the property and the dog <br />feces is buried in the backyard Three dogs were observed in a dog pen west of the home I informed <br />Ashley that dog feces should not be buried and should be placed in a plastic bag and thrown into the <br />refuse container.
