COMPLAINANT STATES <br /> THAT HER GRANDDAUGHTER(10)ATE THE FETTUCCINE AND AROUND 2AM-4AM BEGAN VOMITING AND <br /> DIARRHEA. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THAT SHE WENT TO CHECK THE LEFT OVER FETTUCCINE THEY <br /> BROUGHT HOME AFTER HER GRANDDAUGHTER GOT SICK AND FOUND THAT IT SMELLED RANCID. NO DOCTOR <br /> WAS SEEN. —COMPLAINANT REQUEST CALL BACK FROM INSPECTOR— <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Alfredo sauce--Steam Table 162.00°F 3-compartment sink hot water--Kitchen--141.00°F <br /> Hand sink hot water--Kitchen 100.00°F Walk-in cooler--41.00°F <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint Investigation: Met with manager. Discussed complaint and was granted access to inspect facility. Inspected the <br /> cooked fettuccine stored at 41 F inside the walk-in cooler.The cooked fettuccine containers were observed with labels <br /> containing the date cooked and held within the 2-day storage time per BJ's shelf life limit. Per manager,the alfredo sauce for <br /> the fettuccine is not prepared on site. It is shipped prepackaged frozen and stored frozen until ready for heating.After the <br /> alfredo sauce has been heated, it is transferred to the steam table for hot holding.The alfredo sauce was observed at 162 F. <br /> No major violation was identified in the food prep,food storage, or food handling for the fettuccine. None of the employees <br /> have been sick per manager.
