Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: CHINESE GOURMET RESTAURANT, 3200 NAGLEE RD, TRACY 95376 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> #29 Toxic Substances Properly Identified/Stored/Used <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a box of Hot Shot foggers in the facility. Remove this household insecticide from use today. <br />Use only commercial grade/food safe insecticides. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All poisonous substances, detergents, bleaches, and cleaning compounds shall be stored separate from food, <br />utensils, packing material and food-contact surfaces. (114254, 114254.1, 114254.2) <br /> #45 Floors, Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The wall to the right of the 1 comp food prep sink is in disrepair. The FRP is coming loose from the wall. <br />Remove the metallic tape on the stainless steel and FRP. Properly adhere the FRP to the wall. Correct by 2 weeks. <br />There are numerous holes in the wall in between the hot water heater and the 2-comp sink. Fill in these holes and finish the <br />surface with approved materials so it is smooth, cleanable, durable and non-absorbent. Correct by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
