A closure inspection was conducted on March 10, 2025 and <br />the following was noted: <br /> <br />Notes: <br /> <br />During the inspection, there were no materials within the facility that were associated to microblading. All necessary materials to <br />be used for microblading were removed from the room indicating a cease in microblading operations. Per operator, the room is <br />going to continue to be used for providing facials. A 5021 report was signed and statement made to inactivate all necessary <br />permits for the body art facilty. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
