Newton Rd., Stockton August 16, 2023 <br /> Note: Environmental Health Department has received water will-serve letter dated November 16, <br /> 2022. Letter is set to expire November 16, 2024. <br /> 6. Prior to issuance of building permit(s), the domestic well located southeast of house and agriculture <br /> well located southeast of the parcel shall be destroyed under permit and inspection by the EHD. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-605.010). <br /> 7. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-601.010(b) and 9-601.020(i)). <br /> 8. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register all regulated hazardous material <br /> stored onsite at, cers.calepa.ca.gov, for all regulated Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) <br /> programs. The applicant may contact the Program Coordinator of the CUPA program, Elena Manzo <br /> (209) 953-7699, with any questions. <br /> 9. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and comply <br /> with all applicable regulations.
