The underlying projects for <br /> truck parking and storage are compatible uses that are allowed in the I- W zone under <br /> Chapter 3 . 1 Community Development Element, Warehouse Industrial (1/W) , page 3 . 1 - <br /> 53 . 1 , of Policy Document Part 3 . Goals and Policies of the San Joaquin County 2035 <br /> General Plan , and will not create any industrial waste or hazards . There are no applicable <br /> Master Plans in the area . <br /> The proposed amendment is necessary for public health , safety, and general <br /> welfare or will be of benefit to the public . <br /> This finding can be made because the location is nearby to a major transportation access <br /> route and the parcel size is sufficient in size for permitted I- W land uses as outlined under <br /> the 2035 General Plan Chapter 3 . 1 Community Development Element, Warehouse <br /> Industrial (//V1 page 3 . 1 - 53 . 1 , of Policy Document Part 3 : Goals and Policies .
