Two applications were <br />previously processed as Pre -application No. PA -2200213 (GP) and No. PA -2200214 (ZR). <br />General Plan Map Amendment No. PA -2200213 and Zone Reclassification No. 2200214 proposes to change the General <br />Plan designation of two parcels totaling 30.09 acres from A/G (General Agriculture) to I/W (Warehouse Industrial) and <br />zoning from AG -20 (General Agriculture) to (Warehouse Industrial). <br />PA -2300130 is an Administrative Use Permit application for a recreational vehicle, boat and leisure vehicle storage facility <br />and truck parking to be built in 1 phase over 3 years. The project footprint is 16.05 acres. The project includes 150 parking <br />spaces for trucks, 50 parking spaces for trailers, 25 parking spaces for recreational vehicle and boat storage, and a 1,000 <br />square foot commercial coach to be used as an accessory office. The project proposes direct access off State Route 99 <br />Frontage Road. The project will be served by private well and private septic system and a retention pond for storm <br />drainage. The project site is not under Williamson Act Contract. <br />PA -2300133 is an Administrative Use Permit application for a recreational vehicle, boat and leisure vehicle storage facility <br />and truck parking to be built in 1 phase over 3 years.
