Also enclosed is a <br /> notice of public hearing (NOPH) to interested parties, pursuant to §21730 of <br /> Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Section 20005 et seq. (Title 27). The enclosed <br /> NOPH describes the date, time, and place that the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (Central Valley Water Board) is scheduled to have a hearing to <br /> consider the adoption of the tentative WDRs. <br /> Electronic copies of the proposed tentative WDRs Order and the Notice of Public <br /> Hearing are available for viewing and downloading on our website <br /> (www.waterboards.ca.qov/centralvalley/board decisions/tentative orders). <br /> Persons wishing to comment on this matter must submit their testimony, evidence, <br /> and/or comments in writing to the attention of Brad Shelton at the Central Valley Water <br /> Board no later than 5:00 p.m. on 07 July 2023.
