The first truck to arrive at the active face was at 6 : 05 am . <br /> 2 . A long line with a long wait time observed at WMU - 19 when facility first opened . Access <br /> was given to trucks to WMU FU -23 for waste disposal to eliminate the long line and wait time . <br /> 3 . Litter was not observed off site and light litter observed on site . <br /> 4 . Odor and track out were light . <br /> 5 . Falconry is used for bird control . <br /> 6 . Cannery waste season is over , per operator. Cannery waste was not observed . <br /> 7 . Tarps , overs and soil are used for the daily cover . <br /> 8 . Records were available for review . <br /> 9 . Gas wells GP — 28 and GP — 12R were measured for methane . Methane was not detected <br /> at either of the wells . <br /> 10 . Adequate lighting at the active face . <br /> 11 . The weather was 38 ° F with a wind speed of 3 mph . <br /> 12 .
