<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is supportive of this project in
<br /> regards to the provision of full public services and has no conditions to impose on this application.
<br /> PA-2300055, 56, & 57 (SU, SU, SU)
<br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may
<br /> also apply. These requirements cannot be modified.
<br /> 1. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination
<br /> report (SSCR), identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by
<br /> past or current land uses. This report shall serve as an addendum to the Environmental Site
<br /> Assessment prepared by Condor Earth Technologies dated September 18, 1998 that was
<br /> previously submitted with subdivision application SU-00-0003.
<br /> The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, including
<br /> agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic
<br /> systems, or chemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is contamination, corrective action
<br /> shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior
<br /> to recordation of Final Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-502.070(a)(c)).
<br /> 2. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental
<br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6).
<br /> 3. Any existing wells or septic systems to be abandoned shall be destroyed under permit and
<br /> inspection by the EHD (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-605.010 & 9-601.020)
<br /> 4. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental
<br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-601.010(b) and 9-
<br /> 601.020(i)).
