The last report was submitted to CalRecycle on <br />November 25, 2024, for the period of August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024. A copy of this <br />report was also submitted to Water Board staff. In that report, the updated closure cost <br />estimate was identified as $34,034,007. The minimum required closure fund balance <br />for the reporting period was $2,250,188. FHSL’s actual closure fund balance as of <br />August 1, 2024 was $3,312,997. The current closure fund balance is approximately <br />1.47 times more than the minimum required closure fund balance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
