TASK ORDER EIGHTEEN <br />SUPPLEMENT TO THE "AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACT SERVICES TO <br />OPERATE THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE <br />CONSOLIDATION FACILITY AND PROVIDE RELATED PROGRAM SERVICES" <br />This TASK ORDER EIGHTEEN is for services to be performed by Clean Earth <br />Environmental Solutions, Inc., (CONTRACTOR) under Agreement A-16-324, dated August <br />23, 2016, (AGREEMENT) between the County of San Joaquin (COUNTY) and <br />CONTRACTOR. All terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT apply to this TASK ORDER <br />EIGHTEEN. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide all staff, equipment, transportation, and management of waste <br />items for one Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event, to be held as follows: <br />Task A — September 8 to September 9, 2023, at the parking lot of 210 E. Wetmore Avenue, <br />Manteca 95337. Event set up will take place on September 8, 2023. Services will <br />be provided to all San Joaquin County residents September 9, 2023. <br />All work outlined by this "Scope of Work" is authorized by this TASK ORDER EIGHTEEN, <br />All work shall be performed in accordance with the AGREEMENT. <br />COMPENSATION <br />Compensation shall be paid in accordance with Section III of the AGREEMENT. <br />The following cost estimates are based on predicted participation for the event. <br />Actual costs may vary. <br />EVENT <br /> <br />COMPENSATION VEHICLES STAFF <br /> <br />Task A — Manteca Labor: <br />Estimated Disposal Costs: <br />Estimated Total Cost: <br />$ 13,800 <br />20 000 <br />$ 33,800 <br />600-700 25-28 <br />SCHEDULE <br />Task A — CONTRACTOR will begin set-up by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 8, 2023, and <br />complete operations and leave the site by 8:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9, 2023. <br />1
