Any time a permanent structure is built with a foundation or when modular office buildings will be <br /> installed, powered and placed in use are considered permanent. Further, sites with onsite personnel <br /> using these facilities per CBC require permanent RR's. The only time RR's are not required is when <br /> the site can be considered unmanned and unoccupied. The definition for unmanned is. <br /> CBC uses the term Occupiable space to arrive at Manned, and all else not fitting the definition is <br /> considered unmanned. Please Chapter 2, section definitions in the 2022 Ca Building code. <br /> County Ordinance requires all commercial and residential permanent RR's be connected to a septic <br /> system.
