The leak detector for the 91 tank is reported in CERS as a FE <br /> Petro. A VMI 99LD2000 was observed on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Manish Pahwa logged into CERS and updated the monitoring plan during the inspection. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 107 HSC 25292.2; CCR 2711(a)(11)Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility <br /> documents. <br /> OBSERVATION: Updated financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. The most recent <br /> financial responsibility documents in CERS are dated 09/28/2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Manish Pahwa logged into CERS, uploaded the updated financial documents, and printed <br /> a copy to be left on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 203 CCR 2712(b)(1-2)Failure to maintain monitoring records for 36 months and maintenance records for 60 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. The following <br /> test results were missing: <br /> -9/27/2022 monitoring system certification <br /> -9/19/2022 secondary containment <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years.
