Grearness grows here, <br /> Time Out: 11:40 am <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: Date: 09/06/2023 <br /> Address: 601 E KETTLEMAN LN, LODI <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00056085 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> Complainant states there is food truck parked at 601 E Kettleman that allegedly has water pouring out of the top and bottom <br /> near the front of the truck. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> I went to facility and spoke with employees working in food truck. Discussed reason of site visit and was given the number of <br /> the manager. Called manager and left a voicemail. Observed a hose connected to the food truck's clean water tank. Per <br /> employee, they fill up the clean water tank throughout the day but when they are too busy taking orders it is sometimes hard <br /> to go out and close the faucet before it starts to overfill. Observed clean water outlet was open and leaking a water onto the <br /> ground. Outlet was closed by employee.Wastewater outlet was closed and no odor or visible wastewater was observed. <br /> Discussed with employees to keep outlets closed to prevent any leaking of water onto the ground and to refill tank when they <br /> are free as to not overfill tank when it is busy.
