CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2300178 <br /> CENTRO MART , INC . / SIEGFRIED ENGINEERING , INC . <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No . PA-23000178 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on May 13 , 2024 , which is the effective date of approval . This approval will expire <br /> November 13 , 2026 , which is 30 months from the effective date of approval , unless a Notice of Lot Line . <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed , if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors ' Act . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment . <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ( Contact Staff : [209] 468 - 3121 ) <br /> a . APPROVAL : This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment ( between /among ) as shown on the revised <br /> site plan dated December 7 , 2023 . <br /> b . NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT : A " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner . Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department . The legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped , and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer , qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors ' Act , or a Licensed Land Surveyor . ( Development Title Section 9 - 511 . 050 [b] ) <br /> c . LOT SIZE : The following requirements shall apply : <br /> 1 . Each parcel shall be a minimum of 5 , 000 square feet in size .
