Executive Summary <br /> Level of <br /> Potential Impacts Significance Mitigation Measures <br /> 00 Existing electric power sources shall be used to the extent feasible. This <br /> measure would minimize the use of higher polluting gas or diesel <br /> generators. <br /> 00 The hours of operation of heavy duty equipment and/or the quantity of <br /> equipment in use shall be limited to the extent feasible. <br /> AQ-2: <br /> Prepare and implement a dust control plan in accordance with Rule 8021 and <br /> Table 8021-1. The Project proponent/operator and/or its contractor(s)shall <br /> implement the following measures during construction of the Project, subject to <br /> verification by the County. The plan shall include all SJVAPCD-recom mended <br /> measures, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> cc Pre-water the site before construction begins. Land clearing, grubbing, <br /> scraping, excavation, land leveling, grading, cut and fill, and demolition <br /> activities shall be effectively controlled utilizing application of water or by <br /> presoaking to limit visible dust emissions to less than 20 percent opacity. <br /> cc Phase work to reduce the amount of disturbed area at any one time. <br /> 00 Minimize and clean up track-out onto paved roads. <br /> Oc Cover haul trucks. <br /> 00 Rapid cleanup of Project-related track-out or spills on paved roads. <br /> 00 Minimize grading and soil movement when winds exceed 30 miles per <br /> hour. <br /> 00 Implement a speed limit of 15 miles per hour during all construction <br /> phases for vehicles traveling on unpaved roads. <br /> IMPACT 4.3-2: Would the project result in a cumulatively considerable Less than Implement AQ-1 and AQ-2. <br /> net increase of any criteria pollutant for which the project region is Significant Impact <br /> non-attainment under an applicable federal or state ambient air quality <br /> standard? <br /> IMPACT 4.3-3: Would the project expose sensitive receptors to Less than Implement AQ-1 and AQ-3 <br /> substantial pollutant concentrations?
