2 Project Description
The CEQA Guidelines Section 15130 (b)(1) states that the information used in an analysis of
cumulative impacts should come from one of two sources, either:
1) A list of past, present, and probable future projects producing related cumulative impacts,
including, if necessary, those projects outside the control of the agency; or
2) A summary of projections contained in an adopted general plan or related planning
document designed to evaluate regional or area-wide conditions.
The cumulative analysis provided in this Draft EIR uses the first method and is based on a list of
future projects provided by the County. Cumulative project land uses and intensities are provided
in Table 2-3.
Griffith Energy Storage Project 2-19 Tetra Tech/SCH 2022120675
Draft Environmental Impact Report August 2023
