Traffic Impact Study Griffith Energy Storage Project <br /> The Project is bounded to the north by grazing land, rural residences, the West Patterson Pass, and the <br /> Union Pacific Railroad. To the east lies grazing land and open space. Rural residences, grazing land, and <br /> open space bound the Project to the south. The Project is bounded by rural residences, grazing land, and <br /> the PG&E Tesla Substation to the west. <br /> More specifically, the Project site is entirely within SN 32 2S 4E Township 4 East, Range 2 South, Section <br /> 32. The Project site is centered at approximately latitude 37.711° and longitude of-121.553° (in decimal <br /> degrees). <br /> For the purposes of the TIS, an Area of Interest or Project Area is not a finite bounded area, but rather the <br /> nearby towns and cities where workers may stay and commute from, the routes they will take with <br /> regards to mileage, and any locations where materials for the project may be acquired.
