Water Supply Assessment Griffith Energy Storage Project
<br /> Under a single dry year(Table 3)the City of Tracy will have a water deficit. In the year 2025 that deficit
<br /> will be 3,053 acre-feet and increases to 9,120 acre-feet in 2045. Project demands would be additive to
<br /> this deficit.

<br /> Under multiple-dry-year scenarios the City would have a surplus if the scenario started in 2025 or 2030,
<br /> but is expected to result in a deficit if the scenario started in 2035 or later(see Table 4). For both the 2025
<br /> scenario and the 2030 scenario, the surplus at the end of 5 years is greater than the Project demand of
<br /> 30.7 acre-feet, so the City would have adequate water supply to support the Project. If the Project were
<br /> constructed in 2035 or later, the project would increase the water deficit.
