GENERAL NOTES AND MATERIALS <br />GENERAL NOTES <br />TrailerKingBuilders 18' x 8.5' Trailer: <br />Floor: Impervious, smooth, easily cleanable, antimicrobial <br />composite, slip resistant. (Aluminum Diamond Plate) <br />Floor & wall juncture is coved with a 3/8" radius coving <br />extended up the wall 4" around the floor surface of the walls <br />and surrounding the refrigerators. Lonspeck Top seal <br />Aisle: unobstructed space is minimum 30" and Interior ceiling <br />height is minimum 74". <br />Walls and Ceiling: Interior height is 81". All interior walls, wall <br />coverings, and ceilings are Aluminum. Smooth, non-absorbent, <br />easily cleanable & properly sealed junctures. <br />All interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings are White <br />Aluminum. Smooth, non-absorbent, easily cleanable & properly <br />sealed junctures. <br />304 Stainless Steel 20GA insulation around cooking <br />equipment. <br />Equipments have materials smooth, readily accessible, and <br />easily cleanable surfaces. <br />Equipment is secured and sealed to the counter or floor. <br />Installed to be easily cleanable, prevent vermin harborage, and <br />provide adequate access for service and maintenance. Joins <br />and seams are tightly fitted and sealed, and easily cleanable. <br />Floor mount equipment is at least 6" above floor, easily <br />cleanable, or sealed to the floor to prevent moisture <br />from getting under the equipment. <br />Equipment mounted on tables have a 4" gap between <br />the bottom of the cooking equipment to the top of the <br />table or is completely seal, and are spaced apart or <br />sealed together. <br />All gas lines are properly installed and protected, with <br />grommets for preventing abrasion of the gas line. <br />All edges are protected, covered, or beveled. No exposed studs, <br />joists, rafters, utility lines, piping, conduits, or wiring on <br />walls/ceiling. <br />Silicone waterproof sealant covers gaps smaller than <br />one-quarter in. and applied smooth to prevent the entrance of <br />liquid waste or vermin. <br />- Caulking and solder (3M- CP-25WB+) to seal the edges and <br />cracks with Fire Barrier Sealant. <br />Water tanks and plumbing are constructed of food grade <br />materials as approved by an ANSI. Interior is smooth and free <br />of recesses and crevices and capable of draining completely <br />Unit is built to prevent the entry of insects, dust, dirt, or any <br />other foreign matter. <br />Business Name and Logo easy to read on both sides and rear <br />of the unit with letter height no less than 3". <br />City, state, ZIP code, and name of permit holder is <br />placed on both sides, with letter height no less than 1" <br />* Plans are prepared for inspection, not all items might be included in the invoice. <br />CUSTOM DESIGN It BUILD
