The business activities page an oner operator identification page has the facility address listed as 1000 E <br />11th St but should be 8078 E 11th st, Tracy, Ca. The APN # listed the facility address as 8078 E 11th st, Tracy, Ca. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Nitrogen and Argon were not complete. The max <br />daily amount for argon and nitrogen are incorrect. The max daily amount for nitrogen is list at 1500 cubic feet but <br />there is 4,076 cubic feet on site. Update the max daily amount for nitrogen to 4,076 cubic feet. The max daily <br />amount for Argon is list at 1200 cubic feet but there is 3,792 cubic feet on site. Update the max daily amount for <br />argon to 3,792 cubic feet. <br /> <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br />of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site mp is missing a key or legend that identifies what the <br />acronym PL and FE means.
