<br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site.
<br />OBSERVATION: 70 gallons of Formula 6040, 70 gallons of Formula 1156, 70 gallons of Formula 1158, and 110
<br />gallons of Monster were found on site that have not been reported to CERS.
<br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Propane, Aliment, Oxygen, and Choline Chloride,
<br />were not complete. The max daily amounts were not correct. The Aliment max daily amount listed is 800 gallons but
<br />3500 gallons was found on site. The Propane max daily amount listed is 500 gallons but 1,500 gallons was found on
<br />site. The Oxygen max daily amount listed is 56 cubic feet but 1,410 cubic feet was found on site. The Choline
<br />Chloride max daily amount listed is 330 gallons but 5,000 gallons was found on site. Update the max daily amount
<br />to the amount found on site during the inspection.
<br />Observation: Chemicals that are under reportable quantity or are not on site any more can be removed form the
<br />inventory. The Henrys wet patch, traffic guard, power kleen, boot cleaner, lactic acid, HD-CIP meyer, floor
<br />treatment, meyer power foam floor cleaner, acetone paint thiner, Amp- HD, Sanitime, Phresh can all be removed
<br />from inventory.
<br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the
<br />facility's business plan.
<br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at
<br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for
<br />approval.
<br />This is a minor violation.
<br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content.
<br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not complete. The site map did not have the locations of loading areas for bulk
<br />tanks and fill port locations, internal roads ( if no internal roads label as NA), storm and sewer drains, access and
<br />exit points, emergency shutoffs / utilities shutoffs for ( Propane tank, Diesel tank, Aaliment tank, Chlorine Chloride,
<br />Plant power, Plant water) evacuation staging areas, and emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers, eye
<br />wash /safety shower, first aid kits, and spill kits)
<br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent
<br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous
<br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
<br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as “NA".
<br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at
<br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
