In the hazardous <br /> waste storage area: <br /> -One red 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil was labeled"Universal Waste." The label was missing the <br /> hazardous property, physical state, name of the generator, and the words"hazardous waste." <br /> -One red 55 gallon steel drum had a hazardous label missing the hazardous property, physical state, name of the <br /> generator, accumulation start date, and the words"hazardous waste." <br /> -One red 55 gallon steel drum was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended <br /> and replaces the initial report. The following violations were added to the checklist: 104, 114. The name of the <br /> facility was also changed to Nevada Cement Company Stockton Terminal.
