Stockton Terminal HMBP Inspection Report
Hi Deborah,
Thank you for sending this to me.
Here is an update for the hazardous waste violations:
1) No modified contingency plan: CLOSED
2) Failed to train employees: OPEN I did not see any training for Barrett and Jeff Robins (he needs it is well since he
is an emergency coordinator). Per the regulations: The generator must ensure that all employees are
thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities
during normal facility operations and emergencies. This is included with handling waste documents as well. In
addition, all employees should be trained on emergency procedures/contingency plan because it includes
evacuations (see HMBP training violation)
1
