Additionally , the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District has included mitigation measures to address odor , dust , and gas emissions . <br /> Requirements from these departments along with the recommended conditions from the <br /> Department of Public Works , Environmental Health Department , and the San Joaquin <br /> Council of Governments will ensure that the project is developed to the appropriate <br /> standards to avoid creating a nuisance . <br /> 6 . The site of the proposed use is adequately served by highways , streets , water , storm drainage , and <br /> other public facilities and services . <br /> • This finding can be made because the project proposed access from EI Dorado Road and <br /> Hospital Road . Interstate 5 provide easy travel access to the project site . The Department of <br /> Public Works has provided Conditions of Approval that will ensure the proposed use is <br /> adequately served by highways and streets . The subject parcel will be served by the City of <br /> Stockton for Public Water , on -site septic system , and on - site storm drainage pond as <br /> required by the General Plan . The well and septic system improvements will be subject to <br /> the rules and regulations of the Environmental Health Department . The storm drainage pond <br /> will be subject to the rules and regulations of the Public Works Department . <br /> 7 . The proposed use complies with all applicable provisions of this Title . <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed use , Truck Services = Sales and Repairs , <br /> can be conditionally permitted in the C - G zone with an approved Administrative Use Permit . <br /> The Site Plan depicts required utilities , adequate parking , and landscaping that meets the <br /> provisions of the Development Title . <br /> PA- 2300191 — Findings 2 <br />
