All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Thermolabels and quat sanitizer test strips were not available at the facility. Obtain thermolabels to <br />ensure 160 F is reached for proper sanitation in the dishwasher and obtain quat sanitizer test strips to ensure sanitizing <br />solution has concentration of a minimum of 200 PPM quat for proper sanitation of dishes and utensils.
