Building and Safety Construction <br />ENTRANCE DOOR IS SELF CLOSING. <br />ALL COMPRESSOR UNITS ARE SEPARATED FROM FOOD PREPARATION & STORAGE AREA WHILE BEING MADE ACCESSIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE. <br />ALL DOORS CLOSE TIGHTLY & ALL OPENINGS IN OR AROUND PIPES, FLOORS, & WALLS ARE TIGHTLY SEALED/ SECURED FROM RODENTS. <br />SINKS ARE CONSTRUCTED OF STAINLESS STEEL WITH HOT/ COLD FAUCETS; INCLUDED DRAIN BOARDS ARE SLOPED 0.125 ( 1/8") PER FT. ALSO MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL. <br />ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES, COUNTER TOPS, & FOOD COMPARTMENTS ARE STAINLESS STEEL ( 304 #4 GRADE) <br />WALLS & CEILING SURFACE ARE ALUMINUM ( NUDO BOARD) AND IS DURABLE, IMPERVIOUS, SMOOTH, & EASY TO CLEAN. <br />SINGLE SERVICE SOAP AND TOWEL DISPENSER ARE INCLUDED. <br />FLOOR SURFACE IS IMPERVIOUS AND EASY TO CLEAN. THERE ARE NO EXPOSED THREADS, NUTS, OR RIVETS THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH PROPER CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT. <br />INSULATION OF FLOORING (TYVEK) IS COMPLETELY COVERED AND UNEXPOSED. <br />ALL CONSTRUCTION JOINTS AND WELD SEAMS ARE SEALED, SMOOTH, & CLEANABLE. <br />FLOOR MOUNTED EQUIPMENT IS MOUNTED TO THE FLOOR OR ELEVATED AT LEAST 6^ OFF THE FLOOR ON ROUND METAL LEGS. <br />ALL EQUIPMENT IS SEALED TOGETHER OR SPACED A MINIMUM OF 4" APART FROM EACH OTHER. <br />AN ACCURATE THERMOMETER IS PROVIDED IN ALL REFRIGERATION UNITS. <br />ALL LIGHT BULBS, TUBE, OR LED LIGHTING ARE ENCLOSED IN PLASTIC. <br />WATER HEATER IS CAPABLE OF PROVIDING HOT WATER TO SINK AT A MINIMUM OF 4 GALLON CAPACITY & PRODUCING WATER @ 120 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. <br />FLOOR COVING ( DIAMOND PLATE) EXTENDS UP SIDES OF WALLS AT A MINIMUM OF 4- <br />ALL SERVING WINDOWS ARE EQUIPPED WITH SELF CLOSING SOLID WINDOWS & SCREENS. <br />EACH SERVICE WINDOW OPENING IS LIMITED TO 216 sq in. WITH A MINIMUM OF 18^ DISTANCE BETWEEN EACH OPENING. <br />*CEILING HEIGHT IS MINIMUM OF 74" HIGH. <br />AISLES ARE A MINIMUM OF 30" WIDE AND 76" HEIGHT. <br />FLOOR FINISH IS DIAMOND PLATE ALUMINUM (.10) <br />CEILING VENT SCREEN IS MINIMUM OF 16 sq in. <br />e VERTICAL DISTANCE BETWEEN THE LIP OF THE HOOD & COOKING SURFACE DOES NOT EXCEED 4 FT.
