HARLAN RD. <br />LATHROP, CA 95330 <br />Dear Mr. SUNAR: <br />This letter indicates San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) approval of drawings <br />submitted for the proposed R0131 FIRE WINGS — 5R0086616, subject to the following condition(s): <br />Potable water tanks must have an air vent overflow that prevents flooding of interior of MFPU. <br />Vent must terminate in a downward direction and covered with 16 mesh / inch screen. (114213) <br />Potable water shall be available for handwashing, exclusively at least 5 gallons, and in addition, <br />at least 25 gallons for food preparation and warewashing (total at least 30 gallons). (114217 <br />(bc)) <br />Sink, warewash, 3-compartment, at least 12"x12"x10" deep, or 10"x14"x10" deep (114313 (a) <br />Sinks warewash, are stainless steel with mixed hot/cold faucets and swivel spigot capable of <br />serving all compartments. (114313 (c)) <br />Provide a 10 BC-rated fire extinguisher. (114323 (c)) <br />Obtain a State Mobile Food Preparation Unit "Insignia" if necessary. Contact State Housing and <br />Community Development for approval of your commercial coach at (916) 255-2501. <br />Obtain a verification of commissary. <br />The EHD must be kept informed of the construction progress.
