BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> R-24-121 <br /> Resolution to Approve Zone Reclassification No. PA-2300144 and the Corresponding Ordinance <br /> - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br /> WHEREAS, on March 21, 2024, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 21, 2024, the Board of Supervisors conducted a properly noticed <br /> public hearing on Zone Reclassification No. PA-2300144, during which they received oral and <br /> documentary evidence on the matter. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors to approve Zone <br /> Reclassification No. PA-2300144 (Exhibit"A"to the Ordinance)based on the Bases for Zone <br /> Reclassification (Attachment"N"to the Board Letter dated May 21, 2024); <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED May 21, 2024 , by the following vote of the Board <br /> of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: Canepa, Patti, Ding, Rickman, Villapudua <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> Miguel A. villapudua <br /> MIGUEL A.
