(APN: 209-060-47, -51, -65)(Supervisorial District: 5) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This is a Notice of Intent to adopt an Addendum to the 1994 Master Final <br /> Environmental Impact Report for the Mountain House Master Plan and Specific Plan I (State Clearinghouse No.90020776) <br /> and the 2003 Environmental Impact Report for Mountain House Specific Plan III (State Clearinghouse No. 2003102074) <br /> for this project as described. San Joaquin County has determined through the Addendum that there is no substantial <br /> evidence that the project may have a significant effect on the environment that has not already been considered or <br /> reviewed. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on these projects must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than October 18, 2023. Recommendations and/or comments received after that date <br /> may not be considered in staffs analysis and/or recommendation to the San Joaquin County Planning Commission for this <br /> application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: These projects will be scheduled for a San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission hearing.
