The Property is zoned C-FS (Freeway Service Commercial) and the General Plan designation is C/FS (Freeway Service Commercial). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the northeast corner of Interstate 5 (Exit 452, Vernalis) and the terminus if the State Route 33 on/off ramp, Southeast of Tracy.
