Hazaelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 9S20S <br /> RE: 18240 Harlan Rd—Statement of Compliance <br /> Ms. Vang-Lee <br /> During an inspection conducted by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department on <br /> September 14, 2023, multiple violations were identified regarding Hazardous Waste Handling and HMBP <br /> Requirements.These violations have been addressed and the following measures have been put in place <br /> to prevent future incidences: <br /> In regards to the Hazardous Materials Business Plan violations,we have set a calendar reminder to <br /> ensure that the plan is certified annually and that the contents are up to date. <br /> We have provided additional training on hazardous waste handling including proper labeling, disposal, <br /> and reporting. Any changes in the quantities or locations of these chemicals shall be reported to the <br /> Environmental Services Specialist to ensure the accuracy of the hazardous materials inventory.
