Store wiping cloths that are still in use inside a bucket containing sanitizing solution at <br />100 - 200 PPM chlorine or 200 - 400 PPM quat. Place unclean wiping cloths that are no longer in use inside the dirty linen <br />bag away from food prep, contact, and storage areas. Post and <br />maintain the SB -180 sign for public view.
