Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in coolers until they maintain food at 41 F or <br />below. <br />-Unable to verify if hood lights are shatterproof/shielded. Ensure lights are shatterproof or have shields to prevent broken <br />glass from getting in food. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
