Repair walls and ceilings so that they are smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br /> Side storage room near the customer restroom observed with damaged absorbent ceiling. Repair ceiling so that it is <br /> smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br /> Front of hood with brown paint was observed peeling. Re-paint area with semi-gloss paint so that it is smooth and cleanable <br /> within two weeks. <br /> Broken floor and base tiles observed in the walk-in freezer. Repair floor and base with approved flooring so that it is <br /> smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br /> *Dishwasher area will be taken over by new restaurant. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
