Updated the owner <br />information, billing information, primary emergency contact, secondary emergency contact, and environmental <br />contact information are for the last business. Update the business name in the business activities sections. This <br />violation was corrected on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: 80 gallons of propane and 200 gallons of diesel were found on site that have not been reported to <br />CERS. This violation was corrected on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing storm drain <br />locations, adjacent streets, emergency shut offs / utilities shut off for (diesel, power, and water).
