COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />11:21 am <br />10:50 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: Date: 06/27/2023 <br />Address: 4200 E FREMONT ST, STOCKTON <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0055933 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES SHE ORDERED 2 CARNE ASADA TACOS ON 06/20/2023 AROUND 11:30 AM. <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THAT AROUND 2:00PM SHE BEGAN FEELING NAUSEOUS AND SHORTLY AFTER <br />VOMITED. COMPLAINANT ALSO STATE SHE FELT ILL THE REST OF THE EVENING, NO DOCTOR WAS SEEN. <br />COMPLAINANT STATES SHE DOES NOT BELIEVE THIS FACILITY IS PERMITTED AND STATED THAT THEY ARE <br />LOCATED IN THE PARKING LOT OF DISCOUNT LIQUOR MINI MART AND GET THERE AROUND 10:00AM EVERY <br />MORNING. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible Major <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed kitchen equipment inside the hand sink making it inaccessible. Discontinue practice <br />immediately. Maintain the hand sink accessible at all times to ensure employees are washing their hands as needed. <br />Corrected On Site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures Major <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a pot of cooked rice stored on top of the counter space between the hand wash sink and <br />3-comp sink with temperature at 81 F. Operator could not provide information on when it was cooked. Discard rice since it is <br />unknown how long it has been outside of the required holding time. Correct today. <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Observed raw meat packages over-stacked inside an ice chest. Meat was observed at 55 - 59 F. Discard all meat packages <br />50 F and higher immediately. Place meat products at 49 F and below in a cooler at 41 F or below immediately. Correct <br />today. <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Observed several food items stored inside the prep cooler wells with temperatures ranging between 68 - 73 F. Discard food <br />items. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F.
