#45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed missing ceiling vent cover near ice machine. Provide vent cover within 1 week. <br /> Observed dust/debris build up on ceiling and walls in kitchen near cooking/prep area and near dishwasher. Observed dust <br /> build up on ceiling vent covers near cooking/prep area. Deep clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br /> Observed debris build up on floor under/around equipment in cooking/prep area and in back storage area near upright white <br /> freezers. Deep clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
