Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: 1 comp sink, 2 comp prep sink, at the main kitchen, have temp at 84F and 83F respectively. Water <br />temperature from faucets, at the other sinks ( 3 comp , hand sink), is not consistently meeting the minimum required as per <br />Cal codes. Provide 120F or more to all ware wash sinks and 100F or more at hand sinks today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system.
