I noticed that there was burn activity at the site. <br /> Does the site have a burn permit? I also noticed a large amount of spent shells on the lower area. How often is this area <br /> cleaned and the shells removed? <br /> On the day of the inspection the front gate was closed, so I called the number posted but there was no answer.The only <br /> way I had access to the site was by calling the Utility Department.
