Concrete was visible south of the facility below the perimeter fencing and above the Stanislaus River. <br /> 2. New concrete was added to the stockpile since the last inspection. Materials may be stored onsite for at most 12 <br /> months per 14 CCR§ 17381.1(e)(2). Process, reuse, or dispose by 7/16/2021. <br /> 3. Burrowing holes observed in the lower area without exposed waste. <br /> 4. Asphalt, processed for reuse, is stockpiled in the lower area northeast of the shooting range. <br /> 5. Spent shell casings litter the area used as a shooting range. The facility should routinely remove and legally dispose of <br /> spent shell casings to limit the potential of discharging fine lead powders to air, water and soil. <br /> 6. An erosion channel was observed on the southern portion of the site with exposed waste. Cover the area with clean <br /> soil. <br /> 7.
