Operator <br /> informed to process, reuse or dispose of materials by 7/16/21. Operator should cease stockpiling material onto <br /> the old dumpsite. <br /> 1. Ensure that the Post Closure Land Use meets the requirements of Title 27, Section 21190. <br /> 2. Submit a plan to the Environmental Health Department outlining the reuse, disposal or processing of the <br /> materials. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Concrete was visible south of the facility below the perimeter fencing and above the Stanislaus River. <br /> 2. Burrowing holes observed in the lower area, waste not exposed. <br /> 3. A minimal amount of spent shell casings observed. Per Operator, the shell casings are picked up every two to three <br /> weeks. <br /> 4. Erosion channels observed on the southern portion of the site.
