Light litter observed. <br /> 4. Bait stations present and utilized. <br /> 5. Waste was within the perimeters of the tipping floor. <br /> 6. Commercial food waste is brought into the facility on a daily basis. The food waste is <br /> separated and stored away from all other commercial waste. Per operator, the waste is <br /> removed from the premises each day. <br /> 7. Odor was light and flies were not observed. <br /> 8. EHD was informed on December 27, 2021 by District Manager, Gilbert Pineda, that the <br /> transfer station will close early to the public due to staff shortage in the scalehouse. Per Mr. <br /> Pineda, a sign was posted of the early closure and customers were directed to other locations <br /> for their disposal needs.
