The odor and fly population was minimal. Fly traps were observed throughout the facility. <br /> 2. Separation observed between unscreened and screened green waste piles at time of inspection. <br /> 3. The temperature and turning records were reviewed and found to be completed correctly. <br /> 4. All other records were available for review. <br /> 5. Water trucks were on site at time of inspection. <br /> 6. No track-out was observed on Austin Rd. <br /> 7. The temperature range of the compost windrows was 90 F to 122 F. The temperature range of the ground material was <br /> 84 F to 98 F. The temperature range of the finished compost and finished product was 80 F to 82 F and 104 F to 122 F <br /> respectively. <br /> 8.
