The maximum permitted daily tonnage for this facility is 1 , 800 tons per day, and shall not receive more than this amount without <br /> a revision of this permit. <br /> v. The proposed bio-mass operation shall process wood waste as described in the TPR. <br /> w. This facility shall not exceed the maximum daily traffic count of 1 ,245 trips per day without revision this permit. <br /> x. Food waste shall not exceed more than 15 % of the co-composted elongated windrows and shall not exceed more than 40% of the <br /> material composed in the enclosed or aerated static piles . <br /> y. A copy of this permit shall be maintained at the facility . <br /> z. A noise study shall be required in the event that complaints are received by the LEA regarding the noise generated by the facility <br /> operations . The noise study would need to be conducted within 180 days of the first verified complaints . <br /> aa. The LEA must be notified in writing 7 days in advance of non-routine changes in operations at this facility . <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br />
