Chao <br /> THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE(PRC)AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR) <br /> No Violations or Areas of Concern <br /> V A Regulations <br /> X PRC 44004 - Significant Change <br /> Comments: The operator demolished the facility and did not notify the LEA prior to making the change. Any <br /> significant changes to the design or operation of the facility requires approval by the LEA. Activities that require <br /> LEA approval include, but is not limited to, construction, demolition, and other activities that effect traffic flow, <br /> onsite vehicle queuing, or operation of the facility. <br /> (a) No operator of a solid waste facility shall make a significant change in the design or operation of any solid <br /> waste facility except in conformance with the terms and conditions in an approved solid waste facilities permit or <br /> revised solid waste facilities permit issued to the operator. <br /> (b) If the operator wishes to modify the design or operation of a solid waste facility, the operator shall file an <br /> application for revision of the existing solid waste facilities permit with the enforcement agency. The application <br /> shall be filed at least 120 days in advance of the date when the proposed modification is to take place. <br /> (c) Under circumstances which present an immediate danger to public health and safety or the environment, as <br /> determined by the enforcement agency, the 120-day filing period may be waived. <br /> x PRC 44014(b)- Operator Complies with Terms & Conditions <br /> Comments: The operator did not comply with the permit conditions. LEA was not notified of any <br /> changes/modifications to the solid waste facility. <br /> The permit shall contain all terms and conditions which the enforcement agency determines to be appropriate for <br /> the operation of the solid waste facility. The operator shall comply with all terms and conditions of the permit. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Conducted a monthly inspection on this date and noted the following: <br /> Additional violation: <br /> 17442 Station Modifications <br /> The Enforcement Agency shall be notified of significant changes in the design or operation of the station. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.
