Easter <br /> THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 30 OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE(PRC)AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR) <br /> X No Violations or Areas of Concern <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Conducted a monthly inspection on this date and noted the following: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Light track-out observed from loader moving inert debris outside. The operator had the area cleaned during the <br /> inspection. <br /> 2. The first four feet of the push-wall was in place. Concrete blocks were in the facility for further construction. The push- <br /> wall was positioned a few feet away from the wall to allow for cleaning behind the wall. The LEA recommends sealing <br /> the ends of the tongue and groove to prevent harborage of rodents in the interstitial space. <br /> 3. Fire extinguishers were charged and in place. <br /> 4. A cat and two birds were observed inside the facility. <br /> 5. The incoming daily tonnage, for the period of July 1, 2020 through July 14, 2020, ranged from nine to 64 tons per day <br /> with an average of 46 tons per day on days that waste was tipped in the facility. <br /> 6. The average vehicle count for the period was four vehicles per day. <br /> 7.
